Object of Change Management is the adjustment of the organizational structure due to new conditions by implementing good functioning and lean methods, processes and systems.
After analyses of the actual situation, along with the management we plan suitable measures for organizational restructuring and implement these co-ordinated and necessary steps target focussed with company members.

In restructuring, the main target is continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness (time, costs, and quality) by Business Process Reengineering with on-going teams for further improvement by e.g. quality circles.
