Based upon these financial hard facts and combined with the soft facts of the company, particularly for SME companies we create all conditions and fundamentals for obtaining loans as by the regulations of Basel II.

We identify all the possible economical, juridical and technical risks in a company.
After recognition and definition of all these (possible) risks, we specify company wide rules of business behaviour, terms and regulations in order to avoid or minimize them and to be submitted in the company’s risk management handbook or to be implemented in a management information system (MIS).

We support - frequently in a team of specialized co-operation partners - the company management in all the issues of strategical, economical and juridical due diligence for merger and acquisitions.
