„After strategy follows organisation“, that means following corporate strategies due to market dynamics with continuous change of requirements and needs, the company’s organisation by its structures, staff members and business processes has to be adapted.

In our projects of reorganisation we prefer to pursue a market oriented direction in terms of raising organisational flexibility, having lean business processes and innovative structures as well as motivated, entrepreneurial, cost conscious and goal focussed employees who are prepared to cause the economical success of the company by their own responsibility.
