Contracts

We execute classical management consulting services within a contractual framework and on due course of a previous quotation.

In the case of taking over any operational commitments by project or interim management on kind, extent and intensity, our contracts will contain a minimum of contract validity, function and position description along with defined responsibilities, staff members required, and project goals.

Fees

Our consulting fees are fairly calculated on kind, extent and intensity of consulting services and introduced by quotation.
We can also charge on hourly advice, in case of daily flexibility.
Fees on project and/or interim management can be increased by supplemental fees for additional bonuses as well as fees for travelling, boarding and lodging.
